Distance between Streamline lugs?

Can someone please measure the distance between the lugs on a 14" Slingerland snare with Streamline lugs?...to the nearest 32nd of an inch or so....pretty accurately. I am not talking center-to-center but edge-to-edge.

The story behind it is that I am considering adding lugs to the 10x14" Slingerland parade snare shell that I just purchased....no lug holes are present on the shell. It has the eagle emblem and I wondered if the double-end Streamline lugs would cover up some of the eagle or not.

A tiny part of the emblem is covered by the lugs. Here's a picture of how it looks on my aluminum cloud badge snare with single tension streamline lugs. The edge to edge distance is 11.7cm which equals 4.61 inches.
