what i meant was that a W.M.P. Trixon floor tom( long lug) is going to be a long haul to find, so the Tromsa will be a good sub. i assume you are looking for a long lug? i have a very nice tank lug, if you want it . there should be a pencilled in serial# ---- generally, the first two numbers indicate the year of mfg., unless the drum was made for another company. Lindberg used drums with these types of lugs ----the only Tromsa contract that I know of, so designed. Lindberg drums I have seen have a Lin pencilled inside. They then have a model # and not usually a serial #, so the date is elusive.
