I know the Powertone was made during several years. Is there a way to get an idea when this drum was produced? Maybe a specific feature that tell its age?

Originally, would the set have been 4 or 5 piece? I bought this set for $200 last month. It seemed to good to be true. I supect that one of the rack toms was added later. It was re-wrapped. I know this because the holes for the dampener are covered by the wrap. (the dampener is missing). Could it have been 4 piece orignally? (bass drum, floor tom, one rack tom and snare?)
