Got this last sunday from a guy here in Eindhoven, he got this as a decoration piece.
Someone went all out with fiber on what looks like an old Maxwin or Tama.
All the bearing edges are completely crap, this kit is untunable, so I guess I'll start there...
I've seen Maxwin sets in that colour... and there was a similar set from Germany on the bay a little while ago, only that was white. Interesting.... Let us know how it goes.
