If nothing else, they'd be great for the Daytona bike week gigs I've got coming up in March!

Stay away, man... I've had smilar drums for my first drumset and I feel the trauma will ever go off. For the money I paid, I could be happy with the sound, but the way it was all just falling apart, bass hoop claws were too soft to properly tighten up the head... arrrgh. Horrible stuff, these cheap chinese drums. Horrible stuff.

These look slightly better than the ones I had, but I'd still leave them alone. Not to mention that their hardware is quite ugly.

I wonder if the the proper fees have been paid to H-D? DOH

It seems a shame to invest such effort into a set of poorly made drums. (Then again, if they'd done that job to a set of proper vintage drums, we'd complain about that too. I suppose the best practice would be to get a set of Keller shells and go to town on them.)
