Curious marks on reverse of Zildjian stamp

I've seen this before on a few thin old As that had really deep stamps...on the back of the cymbal, where the stamp is, you can make out random stamp fragments that don't line up with the front.

Any thoughts on this? Are the fragments permanently stamped into the anvil from constant use, or whatever was being used to apply the stamp?

In this pic, you can make out some Arabic script, and near the top you can read "MADE IN USA".

Maybe the stamper dude,,,,put the cymbal in upside down at first and put some slight pressure on it,,,then realized his mistake,,,,took it out and stamped it like it should have been,,,,thats my idea and I am sticking to it lol. Maybe :2Cents:
