It is a nice show with some good finds and the showcase drummers are always great. I will be there along with a few other members I have reached out to. There are also some members that have vendor booths/tables. The consignment area usually has some good items and is great to unload items. What are ya bringing? Might be in the hunt for some items and save you the fee.

I'll be there as usual looking for Rogers stuff. I'm bringing a buddy who's never gone before. He's bringing his mint 1970 COW Slingerland 50N for the consignment area. I'm really looking forward to Steve Smith's clinic. Should be a great show.

I’m pretty sure I’ll be there- morning meeting at the diner...

And the other Mike, who has not registered here as far as I know, will also be there. Him for certain.

It’s a great show!

I’ll have a DW collectors snare and a Gretsch snare shell for sale, along with the usual Yamaha assortment. (Assuming I make it).

As always, Rick Smith put on another great show this year. The usual suspects as vendors and drum companies. Great to catch up with William F. Ludwig III, Joe Corsello, along with Daniel Glass. Several members were around like J!m, Matt from CT Pro Percussion, Jeremy Esposito from W&A, Steve Hillman from Vintage drums.

Paul Francis put on a fantastic discussion about Zildjian cymbals and showcased many types of cymbals dating back to the initial days when they first started in the US. He is an unbelievable wealth of knowledge and a very friendly guy.

Steve Smith (Journey and Vital Information) was the showcase drummer. he is a fantastic artist with amazing talent. A bit on the wordy side and I would have preferred more playing but that just IMHO.

Joe Montineri didn’t make it this year but Justin Ottaviano has some of his cymbals there.

I brought a snare and a Gretsch shell but neither sold...

Paul’s presentation was fantastic. I actually had some on on one time with him prior to his show (I recognized him but was unaware he was going to do a show!) and had him look at an odd cymbal I’m considering. Anyway he said “ my fingerprints are all over this” and he had some interesting comments about it. I intended to grab it either way but needed to move the snare to free up funds. I think for me, as good as Steve was, I enjoyed Paul more. Blasphemy I know but it’s my opinion!
