Correct Muffler for 68 Acro? Last viewed: 3 hours ago

I have a 68, 400 with a baseball bat.

This Acro is stamped NOV 1 1968. The 8 is always blurry or light on these 68 stamps.

It has the round knob and inner spring steel.

Is this the correct/Ludwig muffler part that came with this drum originally?

Yes, that would be correct. By 1970 they went to the 1" round know like on all the Supraphonic and classic drums. Acrolite drums got those "leftover" smaller knob drums for a short period of time.
