Hi,
I'm just wondering what sort of beater my speed king pedal would originally have come with? The one I have now was acquired later on and is just an unpainted grained wood.

it most likely came with a felt beater. ive got three that all had the same beater. ludwig did offer them with a wooden beater however.

Are the ones you can buy new pretty much the same as the old ones?
