Copper shell cleaning question

Loading...

Hey all,

I have a copper shell snare that I rescued and am rehabbing it.

The shell is fine and has a nice patina that I don't want to mess with. The issue is that it's also very grimy and dirty.

What's the best way to clean it without removing the patina? Just A little soap and water? Anything to avoid?

Thanks.
