Yeah, the floor tom has been stripped. I am watching this, he took the other add down, thought they sold. Maybe I'll grab them if they don't go soon, if he will ship them. This is becoming the madness these days. People see the 14s and know they are worth more by themselves so they sell them for 50-75 bucks, knowing they won't sell if they have to sell them together, then the rest end up in the dumpster. See the hoops, Ts and claws are missing as well. My take? The guy that took the floor tom needed the hoops as well for his Slingerland bop kit, or Stageband.

Well, it's also possible that this set never came with a floor tom. 3 piece sets were a pretty standard option, at least they were in the Star catalogs.

I know where to find a matching floor tom, but it would be very pricey.
