Cold Garage Storage

From jaghog

Now on the flip side , if the bags are air tight , condensation will set in , so let them puppies breath , to avoid warping , rusting , and ply separation ...Key here is controlled environment....

Thanks for the advice, jaghog! I recently bought two large plastic storage containers in which to store a few snares and other pieces in the basement. I never even thought about condensation. I'll make sure to leave the tops a bit loose to allow air flow now. Good advice. Thanks again!

Well I have a big shed. Is becoming a music band room soon.

I have installed the fiberglass insulation to the top and around of the walls and stall the bland DX around the walls to . Drums are in my hard case's and there are out of tune. I un tighten all of my heads on my shells . Until I set them all up again . It shouldn't hurt them

I asked Bun Carlos about this same issue. He said it wasn't a problem with his drums in his "barn" .Heat was the problem ,as it was told to me... Heck I take better care of my drums than anything else, the wife is in second place hahahahah
