From what I've read, Ludwig changed the floor Tom mounts to the Classic script type in 69/70. Is the spacing for the older style mounts the same as the newer. I'm assuming "no" but wanted another opinion and spacing measurement if possible.

Are saying that they changed from the clubdate style floor tom mount with the straight legs to the mount that the classic shells used with the non straight legs? I know they changed to where the clubdate style mount had the block logo instead of the script logo around that time. Those mounts are the same hole pattern. The other scenario would have different hole patterns.
