Are all Cleveland Ohio Rogers 60's era drums?

They would be script badges then right?

I am looking for a 12-13" tom with at least a Cleveland tag with the gray interior inside. Thanks!

Also what lugs go on this era Rogers?

Cleveland tags with flat gray interiors, Beavertail Lugs, 1963-1966.

Very Rare.....

Cleveland Tag with speckled gray, Beavertail Lugs, 1969 Transition Period Dayton/Fullerton. Some tags were just used during the move period because a drum had to have a tag. There arent many of these. And they are either very late Dayton or very early Fullerton drums, NOT Cleveland era.
