Hatefull, most of mine go into the tumbler which jams in medium. Discovered in a forgotten toolbox a Dremel engraver. Chuck size same as modern so put in a pointy grinder bit. Works quite well.

I'm not feelin the process here - how do you avoid grinding material off the screw heads? Are you using a buffer bit?

I soaked mine in acetone [black paint] and scrubbed em with a toothbrush...did a little test first to make sure the acetone wouldn't dissolve the screws heh.

The engraver just vibrates. The tip just knocks the junk out of the grooves. Doesn't grind anything. Hope that helps.
