Looks ggod. Are you going to polyurethane it or just put wax on it? That bare alumunim will tarish quickly. Hate to see all that work go dull.

Hey all.

I'm the proud owner. FLOORED by how good this came out and a quick tune up and blown away by the sound. I added Turtle Wax for protection.

Can't thank Mark enough for this. I didn't get a pic but the bearing edges as are masterpiece. They were a complete &%^#$^*#&##@@ mess before. Bowing

It's...just...(sniff) ..SO (sniff).....BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check out the condition it was in when I bought the drum last summer.

Glad it worked out well for youz guyz! I had my own supras stripped at a plating shop before doing the sanding polishing myself. Just curious if the chrome removal was any trickier or more difficult than the rest of the sanding/polishing.
