It's not the first one I've seen.

The inside of the grommet looks a little funky, but that's not uncommon on Radio Kings.

I think it may be legit.

I have a friend who has one of snares in a 13x5 with 16 lugs, not like this one with 12. I also think it was custom made because of the grommet and badge being removed...

I have a theory....what if it was a piccalo but with cigar lugs that gatored or gatored and detinated...so the person modified to have beaver tails, shell is an original 13, rings are in original configuration, but the lug configuration has changed? Thoughts?
