I tried using the search function and its acting weird on my phone. I found this Carlton marching drum in my city and was thinking I could use it for my pipe band. Money is tight at the moment but I thought this could get me by for now. Do you think I could use a remo falams head on it with minimal tension to get that crisp pipe band snare sound?
