It will be surprising and funny for Argentina, but perhaps it's really nickelsilver TROWA from former GDR. :)

Maybe it came from Cuba --- there are a lot of these cymbals there.

It's the same sound as Paiste-402 or earlier student Zyn, or better a bit.
