Looks similar to a Camco Throne.

Just checked out the Camco catalogs over at drumarchive and it certainly looks like the model 9000 throne. Here's the link to drumarchive... http://drumarchive.com/

Lots of cool catalogs! Just click on the "Camco" logo and you'll find the throne in many of the 60's and 70's catalogs.

It's a great source of drum company information! While many catalogs suffer from poor scanning techniques, at least they are available! I've downloaded dozens for personal use!
