From Father-42

I also think this is Premier - it seems to me that is "Continental-56" set from 1961.George.

Video is from 1959. Time Travel? :P

Yes, It's a Continental but from 1954 or 56.

50s Early-ish 60s Premier in WMP 3 ply parallel grain birch shells with beech re-rings 12"x 8" 14" x 8 16" x 15" and a Royal Ace 14" x 5.5" parallel action snare drum.

I'm quite sure continental outfits had 2x12" this kit has a 14" x 8" and a 12" x 8". To my knowledge they were only made continental outfits from 1961

50s 13, 16, 20 Radio Kings

surfcollector! Thank you! These guys were great! Just listening to them put a smile on my face. And then there's a lot of today's stuff.....

Just a drummer who loves all things about vintage drums! Nothing more, nothing less.

Actually, the tuna-can style 14" x 8" 'third' tom shown here was part of premier's downfall. The size was universally despised, especially since sometimes it was supplied alongside a 13" x 9" in the same kit and looked very silly. It was distinctly un-American looking and deeply unpopular.
