That looks almost like BnB lugs on that tom. I'm not skilled enough to make a final call, but that's my guess. That snare on the left looks like it might have a Ludwig lug on it. Can't tell from the pic. Those bass t-rods are sooooooo cool looking. I love those little bow ties.

Zooming in on the picture, I can tell you that the kick and tom are definitely not Ludwig, and most likely imports (luan shell, no re-rings on the tom, grain, color, etc...). The tom has a Ludwig head, hence the "It's a Ludwig" claim.

The snare on the other hand, might be Premier, judging from the lugs.
