Camco Snares & Lugs

I'm hoping to obtain some information regarding vintage (1960s) CAMCO snare drums and lugs since my knowledge of this particular brand is EXTREMELY limited.

Was the "tuxedo" lug used on the company's lower end snare drums? As far as I know, the company used either the "tuxedo" lug or the "Aristocrat" lug on its snare drums from this era. How was it determined which lug went on which snare drum?

Also, what would be considered a "fair market price" today for a 60s CAMCO snare drum in excellent condition with each of the aforementioned lugs?
