Is it me or does the end of the grommet on the inside of the shell side look like it's been tampered with?

It wouldn't of been too hard to use a new Canadian Geo. Way and put a badge on it and call it a Camco.....

The badge has been tampered with for sure. The back end of the grommet is rough from prying and bending. That just knocked a couple hundred dollars off the price assuming the shell is an actual Camco shell. Ask for a photo of the inside of the drum before making the trip. If you do make the trip, know that you're buying a drum that has been tampered with... no longer in 'original' condition. Haggle the price down accordingly.

looks like a refinish job with a reused grommet to me. If it is in fact actually Camco!

Over priced for a Tuxedo that likely has been messed with. The other pictures the seller took down looks like he changed the strainer. I paid $400 for my two Camco snares and $600 for my aristocrat.
