My Camco set 1960, needs to be refinished. I would like to sell them . There have been many opinions on what I should do. The finish is old ( special walnut on veneer). I have removed the finish but not the stain. My plan was to re wrap with maple wood veneer and finish with a clear or maple stain. The reason I am writing this is maybe someone would like to buy and finish themselves. If no interest ,very soon ,I will apply the new veneer. 12/18 bass : 8/12 and 14/14 toms and a snare. I'm afraid that by messing with them they've already be devalued.
But post some pics. We love eye candy.

I would leave them as is the sizes are very desirable. the path that you are choosing will devalue the kit further.
