MORE Oaklawns.
I'm startin to feel a bit left out.
Classic Beauties.
Most likely the only kit I'd trade my teardrops for.
2 thumbs up.

Those are stunning! Congrats. You have some of the cleanest kits I've ever seen~! Cool1
Thanks guys,
I must admit that this one is exceptionally clean and the Champagne sparkle finish is in superb condition.
As mentioned in the introduction, the set used to have a second 12" tom.
Unfortunately, the left tom disappeared so for a righthand player, this set was left with a tom where the badge is facing backward. That's probably the reason why I managed to get this set reasonably priced.
The grommet isn't very tight so for the pictures, I carefully rotated the badge 180°.
Of course, once engaged, the tone control would dampen the bottom head but who needs a muffler on these beautiful resonant shells. On a 4-piece set, I usually mount the rack-tom on a snare stand anyhow so again, I'm not to bothered with the whole issue.
Last Saturday I gigged them and the reaction was quite overwhelming I must say. A killer sound and knock out looks !
Who knows, one day I might find the missing 12" or find a replacement.
Those are super nice. I wish I could find a silver sparkle Camco floor tom to complete my set. I am using a 16"x16" 1973 Silver sparkle Gretsch with mine.
At least they are all Jasper shells.
here is the twin to that set
