Camco flat base cymbal stand. Purchased new in `68.

It has a bit of chrome loss on the middle tube, but overall condition is very good.

The decal is even in great shape!

The rubber tips on the feet have some cracking, but not bad enough to need replacing.

I think $65 plus shipping will sell it quickly.
