Bruno Conquerer Stainless Steel Kit

Loading...

I forgot I had taken these at this year's Chicago Drum Show.

Those are about as Ludwig copy as you can possibly be. It's a miracle they didn't get sued! Look at that snare. I know the picture is a little blurry, but it sure looks like a Supra, no?

I wonder if the broken plastic T-handles were actually Ludwigs (not likely, would be metric thread size), or if they even fashioned those to look exactly like Ludwigs (more likely).

I was astounded by those. I literally thought someone took those drums and put Ludwig lugs and fittings on them.

Enjoy!

I have an 8x12 tom and 12x14 converted marching snare like those. The tom is un-marked and the marching snare is a Bruno, both identical.

Apollo made the StarFinder kit using these shell as well...

Very cool looking,both kits.

Interesting that there is no cut out on the lugs, but there appears to be no splay of the t rods, are there spacers on the screw bosses? Or do the lugs just make contact on the bead of the shell?
