Bad news is for some strange reason the Mach lugs keep the price lower than normal. It's also missing the 13, which might be a challenge to find. You don't specify whether it's 3 or 6 ply shells. That makes a huge difference. If it's 3 ply, somewhere in the neighborhood of 450. If 6 ply she be, a bit less.

I realize those numbers are low, but that's where the market finds itself at the moment. A 70s 3 ply kit with classics can be had for 700 these days. Not every time, but often enough to warrant credence. That is a neat kit.
