Broken Bolts In Swiv-o-matic Mounts

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody out there knows how to remove broken bolts from Rogers' Swiv-O-Matic Hardware Mounts?

Also, is this a "common occurence" with this particular hardware?

Any and all advise would be GREATLY appreciated.

from time to time that happens. Especially when you get a little Bluto on the drumkey. A machinist can fix it without screwing it up.
