Buy another lug or take it to a machine shop, unless you have all the necessary tools to remedy this delima...... Just sayin....

If it were mine.....I would first try clamping the lug in a small vise.....protected of course....and then take a small center punch with a sharp point and then try to tap the screw back out with a small hammer. I have had to do this in the past when working on machinery where the bolt was small and broke off even with the top of the hole.

I would first soak the screw down with some PB lubricant. That stuff works great on frozen fastners.

If you are able to center punch the center of the screw, drill down carefully into the screw all the way through. This will release some of the tension between the threads. Then try the above procedure again.

Meanwhile, I would have a spare lug ordered just in case!
