This is beautiful. I'm wondering how it sounds?
I think that the 4x14 was very recognizable when BR played it; I've been of the opinion that the chromed steel wrap (on the original) affected the sound and that may be why he preferred the chrome model over the WMP model.
Again, this is a beautiful drum. If I ever do one, I'll probably just use a regular chromed acrylic wrap rather than try and find the chromed steel wrap on the original. I already have a drum wrapped like that - a Fibes fiberglass.
Nice job on this - very impressive.
