I think that drum is very nice!
Not a cheaply made offering, that one.
If you won´t keep it, I will be in the queue for it as well - provided it is 14" and not 13½", as some british snares from that period are.

I would either keep it, or have it appraised some way and sell it to the highest bidder. I'm pretty sure that it's a very rare drum. I've never seen an English drum from that era that didn't have slotted tension rods. Have you measured it yet? It might take pre-international heads. You've left a lot out. Are you a drummer who's interested in playing this drum, or do you just wonder what it's worth? It may be so rare that it's hard to price it. I've got a '30s Ajax drum that's a descendant of your drum. I paid about $600 for it, plus shipping from England. I should think it would be worth at least that much to the right buyer. Possibly a lot more. I've got a lot of '30s drums, but only about 5 '20s drums and that drum is definitely '20s; I don't know that much about '20s stuff.
Good luck whatever your situation is.
Bump time. I've decided I do want to part with this thing of beauty. It's 14.5" x 4.5", a detail I missed out before. There's a matching one in a museum in Edinburgh, and it's info is here:

I will ship internationally, as long as the buyer is happy to absorb any import tax the drum is subject to. PM me if you're interested!
