check these out detroit cl in clarkston look at the vista throne is this rare as ive never seen one

1976 Ludwig Vistalites, blue, including:

-14x22 bass w/tom and cymbal mounts

-9x13 rack tom

-2 16x16 floor toms

-matching blue acrylic throne with removable seat

SNs are not consecutive but all in the 1976 model year range: 917XXX - 1290XXX

Original Ludwig batter heads have been moved to the bottom as resonant heads. Bass drum has original music dealer sticker from the 70s.

Drums are not mint, but in "like new" condition. No cracks, deep gouges, spider cracks near lugs, or cracks at seams. There are a couple minor scratches. All hardware is shiny and not pitted or rusty. Stands/cymbals, snare etc. not incl.

I'm starting at $2000. Feel free to make an offer. I'm only interested in acrylic drums for trades.

Any better photo's?. I can not tell by the one you posted if the Ludwig set is a new one or from the 70's.Ludwig did make vistas canister throne's but they are very rare to come by from the 70's.their was a guy on Ebay trying to sell copys of these throne's it could be one of them..Mikey

Beautiful indeed. Not sure if I've seen a blue vista canister before, looks cool. I already have 1 set of these, now if a couple 24 or 26 blue vista bass drums would appear, I'd pull the trigger.Keep on Pl
