Blue Vistalite floor tom w/combo badge Last viewed: 32 minutes ago

I have a mint condition blue vistalite floor tom (16) that has a combo badge on it with serial number 02255. Style is it only has batter head and no holes drilled for lugs for the bottom-it is open ended.....

I don't know much about this drum and was wondering if someone could fill me in on it and potential value of it as I am thinking of selling it....

The Combo kit was a student/beginner variation of the regular Vistalite and pro kits, that had less hardware. They were made for only a few years. Pretty rare.. As far as value goes, not much of a demand for this series, however, i think some Ludwig collectors would like to have at least one set in their collection. I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say that in it's obvious great condition could be worth around $200 more or less, but others could chime in and say otherwise.. Here's a wood shell version from the vintagedrumguide.com.

I have a pristine blue Vistalite Combo kit that came to me without a floor tom. Took me almost 10 years to find a floor tom just like this one.

Don't mind at all. A forum member who owned a drum shop hooked me up with mine. It was 200 bucks back in 2012 I think.

I recently found a blue 22" vistalite bass drum in a local pawn shop

a day or so later I found a 13" tom on an eBay buy it now

I did find a 16" floor tom shell for only forty bucks

but it is just a stripped shell w/badge and with a pretty nasty crack in it also

If that drum is for sale....... I would be interested
