I have seen pure chrome inlays as well on a number of occasions. It allowed them to put those on any vistalite BD.

Mine are actually a “jelly bean” kit with a blue bass drum.

I wonder which is easier to find silver or chrome?

I'm guessing the chrome came later, to simplify and reduce cost of several options...

Mine has silver silk.
