Blaemire Concert Toms Last viewed: 3 hours ago

There have been a lot of conversations regarding CT's lately.

Perhaps a resurgence.

This is my collection so far.

Still looking for a 14, an 18 and a 20.

Minus the 14", that's a Hal Blaine tom set-up right there! That is one impressive Mt. Vesuvius of Blaemires! Love it.

Great photo by the pool. 'Pooder' school of photography! LOL

Hey man, how's Jerry these days? PM me an update please. I want to know how my buddy is doing.

I recently saw a photo on the internet with Taylor Hawkins of the

Foo Fighters with a concert tom kit in studio..He also had a Gretsch custom kit made from a tour a few years back modelled in a Candy apple red finish with gold plated hardware a la Neil Peart..So i think there may in fact be a resurgence of those old style concert toms, at least as add ons.. Sweet kit btw !

Mount Vesuvius?................... yes kind of like that.

I have been putting this kit together for a few years now.

Now where is that 14?

Yeah, the idea was to put together a Hal tribute kit.

It is still going.

What I am also missing is a Ludwig 22" Blue Sparkle KS Bass Drum.

Oh and those rolling light stands.

It's so good to hear a word from you bro! I keep good thoughts for you, Jerry. You're surrounded by people who love you and friends that care... you're a rich man.

One day at a time, buddy. Sometimes one moment at a time.

My sincerest best wishes...

John

PS - While I have (all three of you,) your attention... Could you please PM me an estimate of what you think my Blaemire kit would sell for? (12", 13", 16", 22") I want to buy a 3-piece J&M to go with the snare I own that Jerry made. I want to convert Allen's kit to cash and make sure it goes to Jerry. Help me out here. John
