His posts gave me an idea...

How many of us have a box (or boxes) littered with unknown drum hardware and or stand pieces? Just like the clamp(?) part he just posted in the vintage drum section. It's a part to some stand (maybe) that someone has the rest of, and would possibly like to get to complete said stand.

I'm thinking it may be a good thing for a thread (heck, maybe a section) where those of us with unknown bits could take a picture, attempt to get it recognized and be available to trade or sell to the person needing it.

Anyhoo... just a thought...
