Very cool kit, but I think $250 is a bit high, especially considering there is no snare, no front bass drum hoop (might have trouble finding a matching inlay) no tom holder and no cymbal holder. I wouldn't go any higher than $150, but that's just me. Even if the snare stand is included, it doesn't have the original tom holder, which does hurt re-sale value (for this party AND for you down the road, if you so choose).

Honestly I buy sets like that all the time for well under $100. If it's complete and in playable condition it might be worth $200, and if it's in mint condition maybe $250-300 tops, but in the condition shown, I'd offer $60 tops.

If you're in love with it, then there you go... the various bits and pieces (less the inlay on the hoop) are available from a number of folks on the list.
