I have a 10 by 10, but I don't think it sings out as good as my 8x12.

Standard Size versus the old Power Tom size.

I have an opportunity to make another 10" tom.

Now it is 12" deep........ Yes 12" deep.

Suggestions for perfect depth for maximum tone.
