Best batter side triple flange hoop for vintage drum?

Loading...

Trying to coax the best sound out of an old Beverley six lug snare, most likely birch, 6 x 14. Have new Evans heads for it and a 16 strand set of German wires. Thinking the best hoop would be advantageous. I really haven't good knowledge of the different triple flange hoops. Help me out.

Hi Roosto,

What Drumaholic is saying is that you posted this in the wrong section (Vintage Cymbals). Please repost this in the "Vintage Non-USA drums" section. To be honest, anyone just clicking the "New Posts" link will find your topic. Still, it's nice to have it in the correct topic!
