Sell the complete kit - no snare. Since selling let buyer do repairs + don't switch heads. Keep everything as is. That's how I'd want it.

Change the torn head, reattach the inlay strips and touch up the BD hoops. That set is worth a nice price to the right buyer. Collectors care about originality and you've got that in your favor.

Chris, what you have is basically a Club Date set. I don't think anyone will care if they were not all bought together. You basically got them all within what, one year, and they are all Club Date drums. There are sets out there that were shipped with drums that far apart in manufacturing. If your not absolutely sure how to clean and fix them up leave them alone. For someone who knows they will be a piece of cake to restore to close to new.

I've been doing some research and I'm seeing prices anywhere for $850 to $1,400 for similar sets of roughly the same age.
I don't want to undervalue them, so I may go the Craig's List or e-Bay route with a reserve.
I also don't want to ship them if possible, so local pickup only.
