Bermuda In A Wig

Loading...

Hi All,

I watched the 'Alpocalypse' on Comedy Central last night, did anybody else catch it? Bermuda Schwartz looks hilarious in a wig! I am so impressed with Weird Al's band. Bunch of top level pro's. Although Al and his lyrics is always the central focus, the music is what really makes the act work. Bermuda and the band reproduced well-known hit after well-known hit and made it look easy.

They will replay the concert on Comedy Central at some point and I highly recommend it to everyone. Weird Al is at the top of his game and his Lady Ga-Ga and fat Michael Jackson is something you won't want to miss. (He's 'FAT' and he was 'Born That Way!' lol) I had as much fun seeing the costume/wardrobe changes that Bermuda and the rest of the band go through as I did listening to Al's parody's. Check your local schedules, pop some corn, and prepare to be Entertained! (Capitol 'E' intentional!)

Bermuda - you're not only a stone-cold pro of a drummer, it's a hoot to watch you guys perform. Thanks for what turned out to be a whale of a show.

John

That's one of the things that really impressed me about the band; they can move from Hard-Rock, to Hip-Hop, and on to Disco convincingly making it all look easy as pie. (We) all know it isn't.

Respect and a hats off to Bermuda and the rest of the musicians.

I read somewhere that the Comedy Central stuff was partially filmed in my hometown of Riverside?

Missed you at the show to Berm.....

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

The concert was shot in Toronto, July 16, not long after the Riverside show, although that would have been a great theater to shoot at! This is a new show though, and we'll be back in L.A. metro at the Grove and the Pantages in mid-November. That's 4 shows in the area within 5 months (including a 'practice' show at the Pacific Amphitheater in July.)
