I want to give a shout out for a job well done to Creative Drum In Rutherford NJ. Greg cut my Mid 70's Slingerlands with the exact same edge and can not believe the difference in the drums I replaced all the heads with Evans G1 and G2 these drums sound better then new they sound so good no deadner is needed it is truly amazing. Next years project will be to recover the drums can not wait. thanks Greg

I often thing wow I bet my 60s slinky snare would sound REALY amazing if I found someone to do the edges like you say staying with the original profile.? But I realy just wouldn't dream of doing it to such a worthy vintage piece. This subject absolutely fascinates me.
