Sir, the pic shows a "through sleeve" mounted to BD with single tension long rods.

Not really a lug scenario.

Pic shows a single tension set up.

What looks like a lug, is only a guide to hold the long rods in a straight line.

You should show us a picture.

Do you need double sided tube lugs?

If so, how long.

If you are keeping it single tension, are you looking for the stabilizer brackets in the center of drum in pic?

A picture close up would help you out sir.

I have some BD Lugs. Gold/Brass tube lugs. Not sure how long. Maybe 8" long. I think I have 12. Where are you located?

They are just standard Tube lugs in Brass.

I believe mine are 10" long.
