Someone is trying to sell a few of these kits saying they are German made and very rare in NA...Who is BasiX??
BasiX ??
I think they are a Sonor entry level line made in Asia. Could be wrong about the last part.
They are a Chinese made kit. They are not RARE, just not sold much \here. They are around, and just no need to sell yet another stencil kit here as there are already enough of them so RARE is not the word to use, Chinese crap, nonetheless.....

Made in the same Chinese factory as Sigler Custom Classics and Gretsch Catalinas-probably Ludwig Accent, too.Good quality Chinese drums,as far as that goes.Look at the spurs and claws-all the same. They vary the other hardware by order.Had a Catalina set-sold it after 6 months.Like my homebuilt88 Rockstar set better.
One of the factories that pumps these out is the Mapex digs. They have done this for many years and are very good at it. Some of those kits are seriously good. Some are pretty good. Some are poopy. You have to check them out first hand.
Can you guys explain me something. Those drums are made in one or two places in China as you say. But,entry levels(I think some brands named it enterteaiment level),for example Ludwig accent 100,and PDP EZ ,dont have tom holders like Ludwig and PDP,but Pearl style. It looks like some other China company makes those sets for everyone. What do you think?
