I am out west and am about to do some gigs with a country/rock band (about 70%country/30%rock) and until I can get home to grab stuff myself, I am having my brother mail me out some of my cymbals.

Here is what I am having him send me:

14 inch PST5 Hihats - the ones that came in the mail since I left

16 inch Paiste 404 Crash cymbal

18 inch Paiste 404 Crash cymbal

20 inch Paiste 505 Medium - a beautiful ride, great bell, great crash

10 inch (it might be an 8) UFIP Splash cymbal

I have not yet been home to get my hands on the PST5 HHs so I am not intimately familiar them yet. Question is, do you think they will be OK to use in this format. Or am I going to regret not running with my B20s. I have no B20 Ride right now, but I do have some Early Sabian AA crashes (16/18) and some Late 70s New Beats.

Anyone have any experience with (the obviously brighter) B8 in country music?

Just so into my Paistes lately!

Need quick advice on this one.
