Those are rather unique- black interiors similar to Premier XPK's and lugs/ tom arms I've never seen before. Yes, the cymbals and seat are most of the money. Also, the snare shell reminds me of the Rogers R-360/380 snare.

Heck, yeah! The cymbals alone are EASILY worth $200 (conservatively). Even if the shells were firewood, the rest of the kit could be parted out to more than make back your money.
