i just got this hat pair the other day and would like to know when they where made...they sound pretty good... top hat weighs 886 g and bottom is 1206g

The bottom one is pretty heavy, and especially compared to the top. Not a jazzer's set that's for sure.

today i talked to a local custom and vintage drum shop (palmetto drums) and they said that they are identical to his personal newbeat hats...in weight and look
