Hello guys.Thank you for your replays and suggestions

I didn't make contact with seller. He didn't answer my mail yet about

what changes are made to set and when I could see set

price is around 800$, and at the moment I am short for money

Only shells, no hardware. There is Asba Caroline from another seller and it is about 45$, but I think it is in bad shape, missing some parts and maybe good for parts

I don't see any changes made to the set, IT even has the original heads!!!!! Thats the original tom holder!

$800 is a bargain for a set that good on those sizes.

I bought it yesterday. Went 100 km to place and take a look and get it

It comes with Tama 80's snare, cymbal and hi hat stands and Tama I

believe it is King Beat 6755 bass drum pedal and Tama Mastercraft

8056 14 x 6 1/2 " metal snare Imperialstar

So, I am very satisfied with all! The set was originally black and it is re wraped also in black non original factory wrap, some matte black plastic cover, but it looks great! And since I have Asba metal snare for few years, now I have and 12-14-18 set

I am very satisfied and thanks to all of you convincing me to buy it!

I did not know, these Asba 12" tom is with 5 lugs

I apologise for revitalizing this old thread, I am writing because I bought this set in the fall of 2017, came on a bus from Serbia. The tom holder looks a little wild, but it is also set up the wrong way. Two identical pieces are on BD and tom, in the middle two extensions. If you turn the piece from the tom upside down, you only need one extension for the same height see picture below. The heads were not original by the way, someone put ASBA logos on it, but not in the correct way.

I bought that set with 5" a brushed steel ASBA 743M snare drum, I guess that was your snare drum then Dule? Any idea what the year is (the set ist stamped 1976).

12/14/18 ASBA's are scarce and those shells from Ocoume' wood (originating from Gabon, Central Africa) do sound awesome. The wood is related to mahogany.
